MER Clinic: Latest Advancements in DCC

There have been a lot of advancements in the capabilities of DCC over the past few years, as well as some slightly different and improved methods of implementing DCC on a layout. Many of these capabilities require the use of ancillary equipment such as a computer running JMRI. The clinic will also touch on methods of ensuring reliable and continuous operation.
